No Time for the Gym?

Take these Auburn classes and learn while you burn.

Between classes, homework, study sessions, and attempting to maintain a healthy social life, finding time to properly eat, shower, and even sleep becomes a major victory.  Now add exercise into the mix. Seems impossible, right?

Whether you live on campus or off, getting to the gym sometimes seems like a goal that is just out of reach. Ten minutes there, forty minutes working out, ten minutes back, and there goes an hour. You just missed two social events and a test review!

As sad as it seems, going to the gym isn’t practical sometimes. Lucky for you, there are other options that not only will help keep your mind and body in shape, but will also contribute to your ultimate goal-- graduation.

Auburn offers many classes that take place outside the classroom and help keep you active. Here are a few examples:

  • Physical Education 1230 Cardio Respiratory: Jogging
  • Physical Education 1240 Cardio Respiratory: Swim for Fit
  • Physical Education 1520 Individual Sports: Golf
  • Physical Education 1710 Aquatics: Beginning Kayaking

Be well, Auburn.
