Shake Things Up: A Review of Auburn Nutrition

Shake Things Up: A Review of Auburn Nutrition

As a college student, finding healthy food options has always been a struggle for me.

I often feel as though I’m not giving my body the nourishment it needs through things like vitamins and supplements. Luckily for Auburn residents, Auburn Nutrition offers loaded teas, beauty drinks, shakes, and coffee that are packed with wholesome ingredients.

What is Auburn Nutrition?

Auburn Nutrition is a small business located at 715 East Glenn Avenue. This nutrition hub opened in November 2019 to rave reviews from Auburn residents, so I knew I had to give it a try. If you’re looking for ways to include things such as protein, collagen, biotin, or vitamins C and B12 into your diet, you should definitely try one of their drinks!

My First Experience at Auburn Nutrition:

I see people posting Instagram and Snapchat stories from Auburn Nutrition all the time, so I thought I should give it a go. I looked at their menu online before going, and I was immediately drawn to their “Beauty Drinks” that include biotin. I take a biotin vitamin every day to help my hair and nails grow, and I thought this would be a fun, new way to get my daily intake. They have so many options on their menu; it was hard to pick just one. They have a list at the register with all of the flavors laid out for you to read. I ended up choosing the regular “Beauty Drink,” which is a blend of strawberry and lime, and let me tell you, it was delicious! I will definitely be going back to try all of the flavors.

If you’re looking to add wholesome vitamins and supplements to your diet, definitely try Auburn Nutrition. Their staff is undeniably friendly and will help you pick out the perfect drink, especially if it is your first time. The store is also aesthetically pleasing, and the perfect place for a photo-op of your beverage. I always love supporting small businesses, and it was a great way to add some extra vitamins to my diet while helping the local economy!
