No Oven, No Problem!

Let’s face it: we’ve all gotten tired of eating microwave pizza rolls and PB&Js every night and calling that “dinner.”

If you eat like this because it’s cheap, fast, or because you don’t trust yourself cooking, I’ve got the recipe for you!

This grilled chicken recipe is packed with flavor; and it is also cheap, quick, and super easy to make (even for someone with no cooking experience like myself). All you need is a grill and an appetite!

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

  • Marinade of your choice (I use Kroger Italian Marinade).

  • Access to a grill.

Process

  1. Throw the chicken into a Ziploc bag or bowl and marinate for 20-60min.

  2. Put chicken on the grill at medium-high heat.

  3. Grill for 6-8 minutes, flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes.

See how easy it is! With only two ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a flavorful, healthy meal. If you want a change from the frozen dinners, I urge you to try out this quick and easy recipe. Have any other recipes for us to try? Let us know on our social media @auburncampusrec!

Happy grilling and…

 Be well, Auburn.
