Oats, Berries, & Yogurt, Oh My!

Want an easy, basic smoothie recipe? Don’t worry, I got you.

This is the easiest to make for breakfast or even a mid-day snack. Check out all of the different additions or substitutions you can use below!

My Personal Smoothie Staples

Frozen Strawberries

I personally love them frozen rather than fresh because I don’t have to add ice and sacrifice my smoothie quality.

Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Any yogurt is fine, but this one is my favorite and adds the perfect amount of sweetness.

Almond Milk

I usually use unsweetened to really capture the flavor of the fruit and the yogurt, but sometimes I’ll switch it up.

Chia Seeds

So small you can barely taste, but adds a gelatinous texture and has so many health benefits.
