You "Oat" to Try this Recipe. It's Easy as (Pumpkin) Pie.

It’s that time of year again! Pumpkins are back in a big way, and we’re hopping on board. This pumpkin pie overnight oats recipe is simple and perfect for anyone who likes to grab breakfast on the go.


 Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder (or whatever you have on hand)

  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tbsp. of maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mason jar or container with a lid.

  2. Add in the pumpkin puree and milk.

  3. Stir, then cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  4. In the morning, pop open the lid and enjoy!

You can add your own flair and flavors, such as topping it with nuts or adding whipped cream. We hope you enjoy this quick and easy way to stay fueled and full throughout the day.
