Do some situations make you anxious? Do you catch yourself in the act of a bad habit such as nail-biting or fidgeting?

I’ve used a few of these items and have noticed their effect personally. I’ve put together a list of some accessories to use as a more productive coping mechanism for anxiety and fidgeting, without being distracting.

1. Fidget Rings

These rings are subtle, discrete, and fashionable. They are great to play with in your hands or spinning it on your finger. It is similar to the traditional fidget spinners but in a fun accessory.

2. The Pocket Ball Fidget

These non-distracting fidget toys are perfect for rolling around in your hand. They can also be discretely concealed in a jacket or pant pocket.

3. Fidget Strips

These fidget strips are adhesive strips you can keep on the back of a phone case. They are made to create a quiet and calming feeling. They are great to use to build grounding physical touch and calm anxieties.

4. Infinity Cubes

Who doesn’t love a good puzzle? These infinity cubes are great brain puzzles and are a fun way to keep your brain and hands busy.

5. Bubble Sensory Toy

These are just like playing with bubble wrap as a kid, except a lot quieter. They are perfect for a simple mindless activity that will distract your hands.

Whether fidgeting is a habit you want to stop or just need help calming some anxiety, any of these are great options for on-the-go stress relief!
