Chocolate, especially dark chocolate, contains healthy antioxidants that reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. Having a strong heart is essential for maintaining a healthy life. Our heart is what gives us life, so we need to protect it at all costs!

2. Manage Stress

Stress who? Researchers have found those who eat dark chocolate have shown reduced levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. We all need less stress in our lives!

3. Improved Brain Function

Many people are searching for ways to improve their cognitive function, and one pretty “sweet” way is by eating dark chocolate. Dark chocolate contains flavanols that have shown a positive impact on brain function. These improved functions include stronger memory and reaction time.
