2025 Auburn Football Predictions

Football Season Is Right Around the Corner!
The best time of the year is almost upon us and the Auburn Tigers are attempting to make a huge turn around. Will it be Jackson Arnold at the helm for Auburn, or will it be five-star, Deuce Knight. I will give my game-by-game prediction below and try to be as unbiased as I can.
At Baylor
Baylor has options at quarterback as they just brought in Auburn’s finest, Walker White. Auburn has to travel to Waco, Texas for their season opener where the anticipation is high for this season for the Tigers. I’m also one of the buyers in Auburn stock this year as we had a top 10 recruiting class.
My Prediction: Auburn 27, Baylor 21
VS. Ball State
Ball State finished 3-9 and second to last in the MAC last year. This should be an easy win in the home opener for the Tigers. Expect an offensive explosion from the team to impress the fans.
My prediction: Auburn 63, Ball State 10
VS. South Alabama
South Alabama is a sneaky team that has given some big power 4 schools some troubles in the past. I expect this to be close in the first half, but Auburn's size up front takes over in the second half.
My prediction: Auburn 35, South Alabama 14
At Oklahoma
Auburn was up 14-7 at halftime against Oklahoma last year at home, but a late pick six ended up spoiling Auburn’s chances of winning a massive game. I think the game will be similar to last year, however Jackson Arnold going against his former team will lead a late surge to an Auburn victory!
My Prediction: Auburn 27, Oklahoma 21
At Texas A&M
Auburn travels to College Station, Texas where A&M wants revenge as Auburn spoiled their playoff hopes last season and rushed the field in Jordan Hare. I believe Auburn drops their first game in a wake-up game for the Tigers.
My prediction: Texas A&M 31, Auburn 17
VS. Georgia
Auburn hasn’t beaten Georgia when the Tigers routed them 40-17 in 2017. Under Kirby Smart, Georgia has been a dominant program in the football world winning back-to-back National Championships. This is a game Auburn usually keeps close in Jordan Hare however, I expect us to lose this one.
My prediction: Georgia 35, Auburn 24
VS. Missouri
Auburn kept it close in Columbia last year, but unfortunately things didn’t go our way late. Missouri loses two big pieces in their star Luther Burden and Brady Cook. Auburn wins this one to get back on track after tough losses.
My prediction: Auburn 24, Missouri 14
At Arkansas
Turnover was the name of the game for the Tigers last year as we had 5 turnovers. Auburn completely melted down at home and led to Payton Thorne coming in the game in the second half. I believe this is a bounce back for Auburn traveling to Arkansas as the Tigers get back-to-back wins.
My prediction: Auburn 24, Arkansas 20
VS. Kentucky
Auburn walked into Kentucky last year and got a massive win thanks to a massive performance by Jarquez Hunter. I expect Auburn to get hot towards the end of the year as the chemistry continues to build with the QB/WR room. Auburn wins big here heading into Nashville next week.
My prediction: Auburn 38, Kentucky 17
At Vanderbilt
Vanderbilt got the best of Auburn last year, and I think they do it again this year. Vanderbilt had an incredible year last year taking down Auburn and Alabama. Hopefully Auburn can surge late to get a win and take down the Commodores.
My prediction: Vanderbilt 24, Auburn 10
VS. Mercer
Auburn needs a bye week before traveling to Alabama and should get it here. Auburn wins big and gets to rest the starters in the second half.
My prediction: Auburn 59, Mercer 13
VS. Alabama
The game of the year for the Tigers takes place in Jordan Hare stadium during rivalry week. Auburn lost in a heartbreak 2 years ago at home on a 4th and 31 to end the game. This doesn’t happen this year as Auburn wins in an old-fashioned dog fight and rushes the field.
My prediction: Auburn 28, Alabama 27
Overall Prediction: 9-3 (5-3 SEC)
Be Well, Auburn.

Andrew was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but spent most of his childhood growing up in Spanish Fort, Alabama. For most of his life, he was a huge Georgia fan until coming to Auburn. It didn’t take long for Andrew to fall in love with the campus and become a lifelong Auburn fan.
Andrew is a Sophomore studying accounting at the Harbert College of Business. He hopes to get his masters in accounting and a minor in finance. Outside of class, he likes to play basketball, spend time with his friends, and cheer on his favorite sports teams.
After Auburn, Andrew hopes to pursue accounting with a firm and eventually have season tickets with the Atlanta Braves or with Auburn football.
