Find Your Rhythm

Need motivation to run? Follow these five quick steps to discover running nirvana.


1.      Download the Spotify app from the App Store or Google Play.

2.      Connect with Facebook or create an account.

3.      Once you are logged in, click “Browse.”

4.      Scroll down to “Genres and Moods.”

5.      Click on “Running.” Pick a playlist that fits your mood and start running!

The app will find and match your tempo to keep you focused and on beat the whole way! To adjust your tempo manually, press "Skip". This allows you to adjust your steps per minute which changes the song to match your pace. Are you still reading this? What are you waiting for?! GO!
