Workout Wednesday: Leg Day Edition

It’s leg day.

Welcome to this week’s Workout Wednesday video! These exercises mainly target the glutes and hamstrings. This workout is designed to be “heavy,” meaning you’ll use enough weight to really challenge you.


Station 1: Glute Activation

  • 5 monster walks with band forward and backward

  • 5 monster walks sideways, each leg

  • 4x through

Station 2: Squats 

  • 4 pause squats 

  • 4 regular barbell back squats

  • 4x through 

Station 3: Hamstrings 

  • 10 straight-leg deadlifts 

  • 10 barbell hip thrusters

  • 4x through
